Led Affiliate Sales, Business Development, Legal, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Production, Operations, and National Syndication (Programming, Interactive, Marketing). Developed the network launch strategy and business plan; launched 24/7/365 broadcast network from green light to on-air in 3½ months.
Oversaw 30+ series in production; implemented production standards, budgeting, and reporting. Redesigned international distribution from 2 feeds to 6 channels via file-based transfer (Oct 2005). Centralized production management, music, and photo departments to reduce costs.
Produced digital feature and stage productions; led launch planning for REELZ (Moviewatch) digital DBS/cable channel; Exec in Charge of pilot Dailies. Consulted for Brands Shopping Network. Launched LiveLight Creative (media management).
Built a state-of-the-art digital broadcast center and broadband delivery (online 11/1/99). Oversaw national programming (Strip Poker), designed innovative local TV space, and developed 14 hours of original programming; Co-created weekly series City Desk.
